My Week Of Pepi
well this week was very short for me b/c i wasnt here Monday. Then i got checked out on Tuesday. Then we dont have a class on Wednesday. But yesterday i went to my class at Hodge Rd. My students were very talkative and really didnt want to listen to me so ive told them and their teacher that we would be staying in until we could follow directions. I think that he main reason that the kids arent listening is because they have gotten very comfortable with us and they look at us more as a sibling then as a teacher. and i actually like that but i would like it if i had more respect as they do toward their teachers .

- Discuss your classes at Knightdale, Forestville, Hodge Rd. How have games been going?
- What are things you need to work on?
- Any problem children or issues that need to be addressed?
- Well this week i worked with both my group and Sydneys. I enjoyed working with both and am looking forward to next week. The games were actually really good and i think that all that matters is that each child enjoyed themselves and with working with Sydney i see that it is important to be comfortable around the kids
- I (me myself and i) need to work on me being so quiet and shy. but sometimes i just cant help that I'm so quiet because i just get uncomfortable around people and i don't want the kids to look at me like I'm crazy because i don't want them touching and hugging me all the times. Basically i don't want them to be uncomfortable because i am :(
- NO. the kids just get excited to see us so its kinda hard to get them back quiet or calm and let them know that we are here to help them and not just for fun. i think the kids look at us more as siblings than they do as teachers.

1.) What did you think about Knightdale? What did you think about Hodge Rd.?
2.) Evaluate the activity Mrs. Cram did at Knightdale. Are the (4) lessons that you have suitable to be demonstrated based on what you saw her do?
3.) Having actually seen the kids now, how does that change your approach in carrying out your actual lessons?

1) i enjoyed Knightdale b/c i thought the kids were very active and happy to see us. And i REALLY enjoyed our time at Hodge Rd b/c ALL the kids were excited and very full of energey And i cant wait to work with them.
2) I honestly didnt like her teaching methods because i kids didnt understand the 2nd game and when they were having fun and wanted to continue in a game she stopped and kept on with a different lesson.
I also think that OUR games are much FUNNIER :)
3) I enjoyed meeting the kids and they were just as excited as me, for us to come to the school and work with them . I hope that we can come to there expectations and actually allow them to enjoy themselves so that they have something to look forward to each day that were there with them

1. How do you think you and your partner(s) taught
2. What worked well for you?
3. What do you need to change/improve?
4. What do you see possibly being a weakness in your group?
5. Based on this performance would you say you are ready to begin your rotations at the Elementary School?
1. I think we taught really good (and that the students worked well with us)
2. everything i think things went really good with my team mates and the students (fellow classmates)
3. i think that i need to speak up more and help give instuctions (for me)
4. nothing i think my group works well together . every personality comes out while teaching
5. yes b/c i would rather work with elementary kids then my 17-18 year old class mates = P

1) For this class i am expecting to get more comfrotable with kids and take more leadershipness (if thats a word)
